    Delivery Lead Times

    All Orders will be processed within 48 working hours and will get dispatched as soon as order is verified. Normal delivery lead time will be about 2 - 4 working days throughout Australia wide as soon as the order get dispatched provided that there is no delay from courier side or due to other external factor. Please be advised that, Delivery to remote area or PO BOX area may takes 3 - 7 working days depending on the remoteness.

    If you need the delivery to be made by specific time, we advise you to contact us or raise a ticket to avoid dissapointment.


    Delivery Charges and Services

    Shipping/Postage fees may vary depending on item sizes(dimension) and package selected. In order to calculate the shipping fees, item(s) can be added to the shopping bag and customer may be able to check the postage cost on shopping bag page from shipping estimator tool without having to register their details.

    BecexTech Australia accepts Credit Card, Direct Deposit, and Money Order/Cheque payment methods.

    Bank Deposit/ Internet Transfer

    Bank Transfer is preferable and secure way to pay your order(s) is to directly deposit/sending the payment via internet into our bank account. Upon transferring the funds, please make sure you put your order # or your full name as a reference:

    Note: Bank account details will be sent to your registered email address on BecexTech system therefore please ensure your email address is valid.

    Credit Card

    BecexTech Australia accepts 2 major credit card type: Visa and MasterCard. Your CC will not be charged before your order is shipped. NO Surcharge is applied for CC payment.

    PayPal

    All PayPal payment must be made from a verified account.


    Tracking My Order

    You can monitor your order's progress once we have dispatched it from our warehouse in your “My Account” section of the website. You must be a registered user to be able to track your order.

    Claiming The Warranty

    Before making a warranty claim, we suggest you to contact us beforehand. We had been able to fix 30% of the product defect with simple repair over the email. 

    All items will be inspected with the consideration of following aspects before it can be repaired:

    • Fault
    • Physical Damage
    • Warranty Expired or Voided
      

    Items found to be damaged, without fault or out of warranty will be returned back to the customers with AU$55.00 charge, payable on return. BecexTech reserve the right to reject the warranty. All faulty items sent to BecexTech must be accompanied the following:

    • Original Invoice/ Online Invoice issued by BecexTech
    • Sufficient fault description written clearly on 
    RA Card 
    • Sufficient packaging protection

    Items not meeting these requirements will be returned at a $10.00 charge, payable on return. Whilst we and our repair agents endeavour and do whatever it takes to fix the warranty goods at timely manner, the turaround of repairing process really depends on the availability of the damaged parts, software, etc.

    What to do in case of breakdown if i bought Australian stock?

    Items marked as AU stock on title are Australian stocks and therefore customers may need to contact the local authorized service center for warranty work.
